Raid at hotel; 5 girls rescued, 16 men arrested

Etah (UP), June 23 (PTI) Five girls, who were allegedly forced into flesh trade, were rescued by Uttar Pradesh Police and 16 men were arrested after a raid at a hotel here. Acting on a tip-off, police raided the hotel at Kasganj area yesterday and rescued the five women and arrested 16 men, Circle Officer Rajesh Srivastava said. The rescued girls were aged between 17 and 25 years, he said, adding that the victims claimed they are residents of Delhi and were brought here by a man named Sanjay.
