Woman sold as bride with proper documentation

A  30-year-old woman was kidnapped from Bhopal, taken to Indore and Rajasthan where she was sold for Rs 2 lakh. The woman was then raped for 24 days before the police managed to track and rescue her. The woman was held captive, raped multiple times a day. She was threatened that if she mentioned about this to anyone, she would be murdered. Meanwhile, the Bhopal police officials tracked her mobile phone and reached the house in Alwar where she was allegedly being tortured.

The woman was living with her parents in Bhopal after divorce with her husband. She started working in a private firm to earn her livelihood, while working she came into contact with man namely Subhash Yadav who promised her good job in Indore, he promised her that new job will pay at least 15000/month.

They stayed in Indore for two days and later he asked her to accompany her to Alwar for urgent work. They reached Alwar court where she made to sign few Stamped documents in pretext of Job. Later she realised she have signed marriage document. Deaf and mute Bholaram Yadav son of Rohitash yadav resident of Majra Ahir Alwar became her husband without her consent. Rohitash Yadav paid Rs. 200000 to subhash Yadav.   
She was forced to go with Rohitash yadav of Majra-Ahir. She was living with her ‘husband’. Her mobile and other belongings was snatched, she was raped and confined in the room.

When she lost her contact with the family. Brother of the victim filled a missing report in Nishatpur police station. The call tracking system suggested the last location of the mobile around the village. Resultantly, an investigation was launched in the village and girl was rescued on 23^rd of September. FIR against all accused has been lodged. Father-Son has been arrested while Subhash yadav is still on run.
