Demand for justice and protection for the minor Gang Rape victim in Mewat

greetings
I am sharing a case of gang rape of a minor girl in Mewat of Haryana. previously this complaint was sent to National Commission for protection of child Rights (NCPCR) on 17 July and made many telephonic calls to them for SOS but it went unheard.
now its time to public participation

The Case
Salma (15) (name changed) D/o Jalaluddin Village Lunhinga khurd Ps Punhana District Mewat (Haryana) of the Fakeer (Muslim) community was abducted and gang raped by 4 men out of whom one is the current Sarpanch of a nearby village SINGAR. The incident took place on the night of 29th June 2012 when 4 men, Hanis (Sarpanch), Azad, Liyakat and Sajid kidnapped a 15 year old girl Sultana around 12 am and drove towards Alwar, Rajasthan. After that they returned to Hanis's village where they kept they kept the girl. On the morning of 30th they took the girl in the in the neaby jungle and forced her to drink the wine and beer. When the girl refused to do so, they hit her on her face, upper and lower limbs and her back. Then they raped her one by one. When the girl fell unconscious they called her mother through mobile and asked her girl back while disclosing their location. The family of the victim approached to the SP office where they were appalled and asked to go to Punhana Police Station. The rapist are so overpowered that they even managed to bribe the doctor to produce the false medical report against the girl on 7th of July.
EMPOWER PEOPLE team took the behest and escorted the victim's family to the SP office on the 9th July and finally an FIR was lodged in Punhana Police Station but no arrest had been done.
on 16/7/2012 an accused Md. Aazad came in her house and tried to abduct her once again. Villagers caught him and tied him up until one of Empower People staff called the SHO of Punhana Police Station and the police came, then he was handed over to the police. 'This arrest' was done at the night at 9 pm of 16 July.
On 17 July at around 2 PM SHO (mobile-8930900206) of Punhana came and pressurised the parents of the girl to take back the allegation against Sarpanch.
and same day we lodged a complaint in NCPCR and made telephonic calls to them for SOS but it went unheard.
on 20th of July our team members and villagers along with the victim and her family went to meet Mewat SSP. but due to some urgent assignment he could not meet us. on the very day the accused attacked victims home and ransacked the house.
On 23th July accuse Md. Azad was released from local police station who was not arrested in record and was in illegal protection of local police.
the girl is in danger and local police is not willing to protect her,
